February 2015 Challenge Invite

When I first decided to start a fitness program I wasn’t sure I would be able to stick with it. My online accountability group was perfect motivation. I checked in daily and there was always a little encouragement and challenge to do. The challenges were pretty simple (take a post-workout shelfie, take a collage of what you ate today, tell us what inspires you) things like that. But just knowing I needed to check in with my coach everyday gave me the motivation to make sure I was doing what I was supposed to be doing. Eating clean, Working out, drinking my Shakeology, and drinking my water!
In February I’m going to be starting my own online Challenge group, and hopefully I gave give the support and motivation that my coach gave to me to help people with their fitness journey.
So grab a friend, spouse, significant other, or just do this for yourself!!!
